The Maine Masonic Charitable Foundation is proud to announce the hire of a new Executive Director, Amanda Larson. You will be hearing more about how she will benefit the Foundation and Maine Freemasonry in the weeks to come.
Amanda Larson is the Executive Director of The Maine Masonic Charitable Foundation. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Vermont College in Montpelier, Vermont, and an honors MA in Theology and Religious History from The General Theological Seminary (Episcopal) in New York City. Before joining the Foundation she founded LarsonLane/ ALA Group, a consulting firm that worked with dozens of organizations including The Philadelphia Orchestra, Peter Nero and the Philly Pops, Washington National Cathedral, One Longfellow Square, NHS Human Services, and The National Foundation for Women Business Owners. She also created the original Larson Institute (1990 to 2000) and, working with the team at Georgetown University and keybridge.net, established one of the early small business retail and information sites on the web.
Amanda is also the author of Healing From a Grandmother’s Heart, and her written work has appeared in The Lutheran magazine, Episcopal Life, and Beliefnet.com.
