We have some great news! NAMI Maine is officially beginning a Young Adult Connection Recovery Support Group for individuals ages 16-24 struggling with their mental health. This group will be hosted via zoom on the first Wednesday of each month starting August 5th. Here is the link to obtain zoom access info: Remote Support Group. This group is available to folks who live anywhere in the state of Maine.
